Ryan Michael McStay (born 4 December 1985) in Bellshill, is a professional footballer currently playing for Scottish Second Division side Albion Rovers.
At Falkirk McStay scored the goal that got the club promoted to the SPL in the 2004–2005 season. Despite this McStay left Falkirk in the summer of 2007 in search of first team football. He joined Partick Thistle on 1 June, as one of the first three summer signings by new manager Ian McCall.
On 31 January 2009 McStay was released by Partick Thistle. On the same day he played as a trialist for Dumbarton and signed a deal to stay to the end of the season after the game.
On July 18th 2011 McStay signed for his local and newly promoted division two side Albion Rovers on a one year deal.
